Mexican Hat

The Mexican Hat (Ratibida columnifera) is a coneflower that resembles the traditional broad rimmed, high-centered hat worn during Mexican fiestas. The wildflower is native to the Great Plains but can be grown in all regions. The perennial prefers arid conditions and requires full sun. Perfect for the high desert region where I live!

I learn the most about life by observing nature. This beauty reminds me to be RESILIENT and STRONG. SHINE BRIGHT. BE BRAVE. It takes courage to grow WILD and FREE. STAY GROUNDED. The color orange helps to NURTURE MYSEF, while recognizing that the yellow ray is a wonderful way to PURIFY THE BODY energetically. Most importantly, HAVE FUN!

"May your life be like a WILDFLOWER growing freely in the BEAUTY & JOY of each day."

Much Love,
Jan
