Grounding and Visualization

I had the most amazing acupuncture treatment yesterday and wanted to share my experience. The practitioner gently massaged therapeutic grade essential oils into my head, neck, and spine in conjunction with acupuncture. Medicinal essential oils such as Young Living vibrate at an extremely high rate, and my cells and tissues responded immediately. The oil's higher frequency helps to raise the vibration of the body, mind, soul, and spirit. While applying the oils, she had me visualize the essential oils entering my cerebral fluid and correcting any misalignments in the spine.

After the needles were inserted, she said to let her know if any of the needles caused pain or discomfort. Only one did and that was on my left foot. I let her know that I had a deep varicose vein on that leg. She said that would explain the pain and asked me to visualize the veins in my body descending deep into the Earth through my feet like roots. She then said to imagine that my veins/roots were permeable and that things I no longer needed could be discharged into the earth and recycled as well as picking up anything that would be beneficial. Right after she said that, I saw minerals enter my veins from the soil of the earth and circulate throughout my entire body. So fascinating!

Grounding and visualization are such powerful healing tools! Learning to ground and stabilize our energy can have a profound impact on our health. We live in a very busy world where it can be challenging to always be fully present. I don't know about you but my mind wanders frequently, and I can get that vacant look like nobody is home. Thinking about the past or worrying about what may happen in the future. Grounding helps us to stay present, relaxed, and receptive to new experiences. We are spiritual beings having a physical experience, and it is important that we stay in our bodies.

Grounding by visualizing tree roots helps us to focus our energy by sending deep roots into the center of the Earth, which allows us to be anchored in. I often take an additional step and visualize white light from Source streaming into my crown chakra/top of head. The energy from the Earth gets intertwined with Divine light and fills my entire body. Then I expand the white light throughout my body and allow the Divine energy to cleanse and heal my body, mind, soul, and spirit.

Grounding by Visualizing Tree Roots

1. Get comfortable. Sitting in a chair with your feet on the floor is great for this visualization.
2. Relax your body and focus on your breathing.
3. Visualize your energy going deep into the center of the Earth like deep roots.
4. Visualize the Earth's energy coming back up through your feet, up through your body, to your crown chakra at the top of your head. Yesterday when I brought the Earth's energy up into my body it was dark chocolate brown color. Sometimes it is black. Don't be afraid of the color black. It vibrates much slower than white light but has tremendous healing capabilities when using color energy to heal.
5. Visualize Divine white light from Source entering your crown chakra at the top of your head. Let it flow down into your heart chakra and throughout your entire body to your feet.
6. Allow the dark energy of the Earth to intertwine with the white light.
7. Expand the white light into every atom of your body and allow the white light to flush out anything that no longer serves you through your feet/roots into the Earth where it will be transmuted and recycled.
8. Notice your breathing. Feel your heartbeat. Become aware of your body and open your eyes when you feel ready. You are now connected to the Earth and grounded.

If anyone has any grounding or visualization techniques please feel free to share in the comments below. We are here to grow and learn from each other.

Strength and Grounding,
