Dragon Time

Dragon Time blend is excellent for PMS symptoms and menstrual discomforts such as headaches, mood swings, circulatory problems, and cramping. I'm in perimenopause and have been using this blend for cramping and irregular bleeding. It contains soothing essential oils including clary sage that helps to ease muscle tension and pain. I especially love to use the oil in the evening if my tummy is hurting. I apply a few drops to my abdomen with castor oil and a hot compress. This treatment is always very calming. Dragon Time Ingredients:

Clary sage (Salvia sclarea)
Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)
Jasmine (Jasminum officinale)
Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare)
Marjoram (Origanum majorana)
Yarrow (Achillea millefolium)

How To Use:

Apply topically with carrier oil
Add 2-4 drops to bath water
Place 1-2 drops in your hand, rub hands together and directly inhale
Apply 1-2 drops on both sides of ankles and feet, wrists, neck, temples, lower back, lower abdomen, or any area of pain
